Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will contribute to the success of our eCommerce projects by actively participating in their operational management.

eCommerce Strategy

  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of online positioning and sales strategies to help clients achieve their business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis with a focus on specific eCommerce segments.
  • Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop business plans to support strategic decision-making and client growth.
  • Monitor KPIs, interpret data, and provide data-driven strategic consulting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with IT, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to align their needs with eCommerce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support by proactively intervening on online stores to optimize performance, resolve issues, and meet client expectations.
  • Assist in identifying growth opportunities and developing customized commercial proposals.
  • Keep clients updated on new products and eCommerce trends.

Project Management

  • Lead migration, redesign, and eCommerce development projects: create and manage project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Oversee project budgets and progress, address risks, and adjust strategies in response to unforeseen challenges.
  • Prepare project reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

Knowledge and experience using major eCommerce platforms.

  • Proficiency with analytics and/or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in market analysis and writing business plans.
  • Basic understanding of key digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of UX and UI principles.
  • Proficiency in using main project management tools.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with interdependencies and control phases.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
